波浪屏是一款獨特的創新媒體設備。磐景智造將傳統LED大屏化整為零，再將這些可自定義數量的運動單元組成一塊完整的屏幕。每個單元都安裝了精密伸縮滑動機構，單元獨立伸縮造成空間錯落感，進而實現物理空間上的3D立體效果。
The 3D robotic LED screen is a unique innovative OOH display. PJ LINK divides the traditional large LED screen into parts. The number of these motion units can be customized, then these motion units form a complete image. Each unit is installed with a precision telescopic sliding mechanism, and the unit can be independently expanded and retracted to create a sense of space dislocation, thereby achieving a 3D effect in physical space.

此次落地首爾東大門的，是目前全球最大的戶外波浪屏，也是磐景智造經過5年精心籌備的成果。配件使用日本NSK、中國臺灣鼎翰、施耐德等國際知名品牌，以保證穩定運行品質。
The 3D screen landed at the Dongdaemun of Seoul.It is currently the largest outdoor 3D screen in the world. PJ LINK spent five years carefully preparing for the advent of this product. The accessories use international famous brand products such as Japan NSK, Taiwan SHAC, Schneider, etc. to ensure stable operation quality.
若要應對臨海城市首爾高濕度、高鹽分的環境，則需提高設備的防水耐腐能力。研發團隊在耐腐材料上再次進行電鍍或噴涂、電子件表面刷涂三防漆，以達到雙重保護的效果；全設備的防水設計保證干燥的工況，也極大地延長了設備的使用壽命。
In order to adapt to the marine salt spray environment of the coastal city of Seoul, the equipment must be high-strength, waterproof and corrosion-resistant. The R&D team carried out electroplating or spraying on the anti-corrosion material again, and brushed the conformal coating on the surface of the electronic parts to achieve the effect of double protection; the waterproof design of the whole equipment ensures dry working conditions and greatly prolongs the use of the equipment life.
由于設備與商場辦公區僅一墻之隔，所以我們在波浪屏的噪音控制方面也作出了充分的優化。經過降噪處理后，即使伸縮單元以最高速度運動，辦公室內也不會感受到噪音影響。
The equipment and the office area of the shopping mall are only separated by a wall, so we have also fully optimized the noise control. After noise reduction, even when the telescopic unit is moving at the highest speed, the noise will not be affected in the office.
Installation 安裝調試
2022年初，這塊由936個單元組成的大型戶外波浪屏分4批發貨，8個集裝箱全部到達韓國后就立刻安排吊裝。得益于充分的計劃和客戶方的支持配合，設備吊裝、校正、布線僅用兩周就可以進行通電調試。
At the beginning of 2022, this large outdoor 3D screen consisting of 936 units was shipped to Seoul in 4 batches, and installation was started immediately after all 8 containers arrived. Thanks to the full planning in advance and the support and cooperation of the client in Korea, it took only two weeks to complete the equipment hoisting, calibration, wiring and other work, and the power-on debugging was carried out immediately.
Creative Video 配套創意影片
安裝設備同時，國內的設計團隊也在為東大門波浪屏定制配套的創意影片。團隊從效果和實操性兩方面考量，經過5天的討論，最終確定8個專門應用于東大門波浪屏的創意方案。磐景智造自行研發的數字內容編輯軟件，簡化了影片、動作產出流程，為設備點亮提供支持。
At the same time as the construction in Seoul, the domestic design team in China began to customize and publish a film for the Dongdaemun 3D screen.The design team considered the visual effect and practical feasibility. After 5 days of discussions, 8 creative solutions specially applied to the Dongdaemun 3D screen were finally determined. The digital content editing software developed by PJ LINK simplifies the production process of videos and actions, and provides support for the official launch of commercial advertisements.
